End-to-End Extrusion Manufacturing from Foundry to Finished Assembly
Our manufacturing operations encompass every phase of profile fabrication. We begin with prime virgin-grade aluminium ingots and billets processed through our in-house foundry with hot log shearing. Heated billets are extruded through precision-engineered H13 die steel tooling, followed by controlled air/water quench cooling to freeze mechanical properties.
Profiles are then subjected to computer-controlled artificial aging furnaces to achieve optimal tempers (T4, T5, and T6). To ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, our quality laboratory conducts computerized Optical Emission Spectrometry chemical analysis, Webster and Barcol hardness testing, and dimensional inspection compliant with IS 733, IS 1285, ASTM B221, and EN 755 standards.
